It's confidence. Trailblazers move fast because they trust what they see. By the time an idea feels "safe" to everyone else, a Trailblazer has usually already moved on to the next one. Money, for a Trailblazer, has never really been about the money. It's proof. Proof that the instinct was right again. Every time it pays off — even a little — it confirms something they've suspected about themselves for a long time: that they notice openings other people walk straight past.
The Cost of Moving Fast
